Are there any for the v6 I wasn't sure. I haven't figured them out if there are

 
Go to the clock screen by pressing the B (middle) button (with no icons selected), then press both the B and C buttons at the same time.

Use the A/B buttons to adjust the contrast then C to exit the adjustment screen.

I think you mean the B and C buttons, not the C and C buttons. :p
