Okay, I actually have an update!
I got a message from the seller today that the package got delivered..... back to her house. Why it took this long, I dont know.
But, she went down to the post office to enquire, and it didnt make sense to them either, why it was not delivered to me. But, she said shes from a smaller area of town and knows the ladies there really well (for work and such), and they waited a few minutes to put the package on the truck today.
So if all is correct it should be on its way to me, actually, this time.
Im going to leave the dispute open for now, but I did tell the seller to ignore it for now and that id give it a couple more weeks. Theres a holiday coming up on monday so, hopefully it will arrive the latest the week of the 18th. I have until the 28th (my birthday, ironically lol) to either cancel the dispute or take it one step further to a paypal claim. So if it still doesnt arrive I have options.
But, all hope is not lost!
With their 100% feedback I really cant see why they would start lying/not shipping items now (there was a couple hundred positve reviews for them in the last year). So, im gonna give it a bit longer. But at the same time by leaving the case open they will know that I wont be ripped off either. Im willing to be understanding, and take her at her word for that situation. But i told her that when it does arrive i would cancel it.
Which, i hope it DOES arrive, and soon!
