How do I get my adult characters to change to special characters on my id l 15th anniversary?? HELP

There is more than one destination that has to be unlocked for the 15th Anniversary Transformations:

(1) TAMAX-TV

(2) Flying Library

(3) UraTama Town

Transformable characters:

Lovelitchi - Gotchiman Lovelin (1)

Furawatchi - Ura Furawatchi (3)

Meloditchi - Arabian Melody (2)

Chamametchi - Akazukin Chama (2)

Memetchi - Ura Memetchi (3)

Moriritchi - Comedian Moriritchi (1)

Watawatatchi - Watawata Kaguya Hime (2)

Mametchi - Ura Mametchi (3)

Gozarutchi - Shinobi (1)

Meistertchi - Risurisu Meister (2)

Kuromametchi - Kuromame Vampire (2)

Kuchipatchi - Patchi Dancers (1)

Kikitchi - Detective Kikitchi (2)

Note that there are no requirements - simply take your characters to their specific places and they will be transformed accordingly.
