Have you downloaded you character a lot? That will slow down the marriage time. But if you haven't then you can try setting you Music Star's time to 12:30 PM or 4:30 PM. Hopefully the matchmaker will come then. 
I would say wait another day or so. usually around 7-8 years something will happen.
