I recently downloaded the app Pet Shop Story. Two different people left the same message on my profile, "Type this full message on 15 and get 650 gems and 999,999,999 coins". What does this mean? Is it a cheat?

 
It's a spam type deal - pretty sure it's not real. I used to play that game and still play Dragon Story and Castle Story and I see similar posts on those too. It's probably not going to do anything besides just annoy others.
