If B.A. Made another TamaGo

If Bandai America made another TamaGo. Same size, same greyscale, same general play and new games and characters... Would you buy another one?

At this point, I wouldn't mind another shot at the TamaGo. Get more characters from the more recent Japanese characters. Meloditchi for starts... I would love to see Yellow, Orange and Red ones out there. A few of those figures they prototyped but didn't release with the option of connecting the older.

I think I would buy another. I thought they were a cute concept and a good hybrid between the older Connections and the newer Japanese Color Tamas. Although having to buy the figures was a pretty big downer for me, since I bought my first Tama-Go last year and still only have two figures (a lite Mametchi and a Sebiretchi I found at a thrift store.) The size was quite annoying as I keep them in my pockets when I go out and carrying around my Tama-Go was really annoying, especially because the size of the screen wasn't even much different than the Connections.

I guess I just want a smaller, flatter Connection-esque tamagotchi with the same grayscale (or dare I say it, color) screen. Figures would be a hit or miss with me because I hate spending money on add-ons. New games, characters, toys would be great - but as a sequel it better recognize the characters from the first version (not like the v4/v4.5 that had Nazotchi EVERYWHERE.) New shell colors would be nice too. I would like some pastels as well as yellow, orange and red.

Yeah, it would be great if there was a wave 3 Tama-Go! Just the other day I was thinking about red, orange, and yellow Tama-Gos, lol. I'd buy all three because I want all the Tama-Gos... I have all six of the current colors and yes, I play with them all! Melodytchi would be a good additional character along with Spacytchi. And six good figures (including the prototypes) would be...

• Mamametchi
• Gozarutchi
• Debatchi
• Lovelitchi
• Spacytchi

I highly doubt Bandai America would do another Tama-Go but for some reason I love speculating.

I like the thought that they could if there was enough want. I would believe they visit us a lot as a guest.

It'd be cool if they mixed in the iDL sort of programming. The TamaGo is so much like the iD...

Ooh, different games with each character once they are raised, the games switch with each character. Like the job games in the v4 and v4.5... But only 1 or 2 characters can get into the game room. It could be a surprise door even to unlock more stuff...

other than that im not too picky lol. except maybe make them a tiny bit needier? I remember getting bored easily with the tamago because it hardly ever needed anything. (havent run it in quite a while actually)

I really won't mind changing them to be more like the colors. I feel we are so behind now. There are greyscale Meloditchi pixels and they got to start somewhere before they color them.

If you could connect them to the colors, I would die happy. Lots of people would die happy for the communication option.

As others have said, editing or actually customizing would be sweet. I'd love to have my own background. (3)DS connection to design. Omg I would be so excited.

Remake every GB/Nintendo Tamagotchi game into a 3ds game (and other systems) pokemon prooves interaction is there. (x/y)

Life, not just for high-tech tablets/phones would be a start. Having them mobile was a huge perk and the batteries not being eaten too...

Of course I would buy one! The tamago has its faults, but as far as features go, they aren't so bad!

I actually wish that they would come out with a tamago, except I would want it to have the same quality build as the connections, along with a smaller shell, and no figures! That would be perfect :3

And if I had any say in new features, there would be many more games, many more items, and many more destinations

i was cleaning out some old files and i found an old points generator from the V4 tamatown.... i miss it! lol

I felt the build was about even, but the clear covers and the screen being like old calculators. (the ones you can make rainbows)

You know those shifting images on cards? Make a bunch of those for instead of the clear. That could be really cool to have motion tamagotchis there. It would be like a color animation for me.

Ya, of corse. Or stations like they have had for the colors... Although that would cost more then the TamaTown I think. XD.

So we got our wish with Tamagotchi Friends. Hook line and sinker.

I am really hoping they aren't making us wait until Spring or Fall of next year with half of the world getting them in a fair amount of time. If the release date is the 23rd, they kept a secret very well up until the early release.

i heard the relase date was boxing day?

^ It is in the UK, but we aren't quite sure about the US release date. I'm sure it's in 2014, and the thing about releasing on 23rd November is just referring to the web site and such.

Anyway, I wouldn't really call Tamagotchi Friends a Tama-Go.

I wouldn't mind giving another Tama-go a try as long as they changed the figurines to be similar to the Tamagotchi P's (I never really took my tama-go figurines with me because I was scared of breaking them off) and added a couple more features like the ID L and P's. I never really cared about size because my hands are quite small and I have a habit of losing things, but if it were the same size or a little bigger than the ID L I wouldn't have a problem with it.

Tama Go would have a potential if the gameplay wasn't so dependent on the figurines and if it was thinner... And if it didn't have these horrible sounds. They should do with the figures like bandai japan did with the pierces when it comes to P's- they are a fun addition, but are absolutely not necessary.

I just wish we had a more solid release date mentioned... I will happily buy one of these to support Bandai America when I see them. These T.F. I hope its as great as I hope it is, I miss having Tamago and other tamagotchi on the shelves. Maybe a reason they aren't so big here as they are in Japan, continuous release of something tamagotchi.
