Hey, I need some help.
I got a second-hand tamagotchi iD L some time ago and as it was a bit dirty, I decided to open it up and clean the guts using alcohol and cotton buds. I do that to every second-hand Tamagotchi I get.
Now every time I pop the batteries in, it starts to buzz, like there was some sort of short circuit. But it does not turn off on it's own. It turns off when I try to check where the problem is (when it's completely open with screws removed) and then probably one part touches another and causes real short circuit. :p
I tried to fix this problem by putting tape inside so that no wires touch each other and also the hotplate, but that did not help. I tried different batteries as well. I don't know what else I can do tbh. ;/

Never mind, I'm giving it to a friend, she said she doesn't mind it.
