id l case filling cover

i have a question

so i have an ID L and i put it in a small cardboard box and today i had the idea of putting fiberfill in it, so the ID L would be better protected. (I first put tissues in the box,but then i decided to fill it with fiberfill to protect it even better)

the fiberfill is loose in the box and i wanted to cover it up with something so the fiberfill wouldn't fall out, so i tried to attach a tissue over it with a stapler (now the box has staples in it xD, i'll remove them later)

my question is: what can i use to cover the fiberfil with? and how would you recommend attaching it?

please note:

- the box is made of cardboard

- the box is small

- it has a lid which is NOT attached to the bottom

- the cardboard which the box is made out of isn't that thick, so it isn't that strong either

Hmm... I'd recommend fabric or felt. You can staple that. I think felt would be a bit better because frabric frays easily, but felt is a bit thicker. It might be hard to staple in but it's worth it, hopefully.
