On the music star, the first generation tamagotchi receives a new instrument when it is born and when it is visited by your music teacher who helps you form a band as a teen. However, on my second generation, I didn't receive an instrument either of those times, but I got a toy from the preschool teacher. Is this a glitch, or is there a different way to get instruments after the first generation?
