I bought with free shipping a Yellow Tamagotchi P from ebay seller japan-expo and have been waiting for it to ship. Then out of the blue I get a message from the seller asking me to send another $10 or cancel my order because the price of the item had been raised, AFTER I had paid for it. I told him/her to cancel me and I'm still waiting for a reply and my refund.

 

The message, which is very hard to understand, took me a few readings to figure out.

If you pay add $10 I can send to you.
please pay my PAYPAL account.

If you can not pay add $10
I will cancel and refund all your money

Anyway that's really bad I hope they send you your refund just add a complaint to eBay or PayPal if you haven't got on Easter a week

Already sent to ebay, letting them know I asked for a refund. If none comes within 24 hours I'll contact ebay again.

hey now, thats actually a personal friend of mine Kazuki sugiama... hes usually a really great seller <3 and always adds gifts. im sure this was truly a mistake ^.^

Ya the guy cant change the price after youve already baught the item... ebay doesnt work like that! Report this whole thing.

he will im sure of it, ill be really shocked if he doesnt ^.^ he is definitely kinda goofy some times and makes mistakes but hes very kind hearted i swear!

I have yet to get a reply, from either the seller OR ebay. :/ I'm feeling very much adrift here. But I want to do things through the ebay system, so I would ask please, tell me, anybody who has had an issue like this, how long did it take for an ebay reply?

It can take up to 48 hours or so for Ebay to take action. If you opened a case, it takes up to 10 days for the seller to make things right before it gets escalated to Ebay to take action.

Seller had refunded my money, and things are fine now. :) No worries everyone.

people do this kinda thing all the time. Just because he's your friend doesn't mean he doesn't have flaws. This guy may not be a great seller. It needs to be reported and it will be. Don't try to change fate oddsandends. :mellow:

haha calm down please lol..yes he human and they do have flaws..i was referring to him being a kind hearted person which i know for sure he is...also you need to start reading the last posts...he did refund the cash and apologized.
