That is the purple Japanese Umino. It is legitimate :) The Japanese oceans are much cheaper than the American version...I came across this listing earlier today, and it is quite a good deal!

Yep, and so glad to have gotten mine back in the day when new. I have the blue bubbles one. They are really difficult to keep alive. I never got one past a baby, so I don't play with mine any more.(No, I'm not interested in selling it).
