I saw a topic about this already, but it was only about friend codes and whatnot. So I decided to start a topic where we can talk about the game itself.

All I have to say is...

THIS GAME IS AWESOOOOMMMMEEEE

So what are you're thoughts?

The game is very fun and all, but in the end can be very stressflul. I don't feel like playing anymore for now but I don't want to lose my villagers. :/

I REALLY WANT THAT GAME!!! I think I'm gonna become a fan of animal crossing. :D
It seems awesome how you can be the mayor of your very own town!!!

I don't have New Leaf, but I do have Wild World. I'd like to get NL as well as Harvest Moon 3D sometime soon. I love "life simulation" games.

I have one for sale/trade if anybody's interested!

But i LOVE the game! <3

I haven't checked my town in like two months.

Oops.

I'm mostly worried about my Julian who I paid 7 mil for, Colton who I pair up with Julian, Monique who is my favorite, Merengue who is cute and also popular so I gotta keep her, Bunnie who I have a plush of... Not sure who else. My town is in a mess anyway so I don't worry about it's state other than that. I have the Beautiful Town Ordinance going on, though.

Why did you pay for a resident?

I have my town layed out with custom paths, but I'm thinking of changing all of it, just not sure what I want with it.

Because Julian is very sought-after, it's almost impossible to get him for free. It's possible but you have to be fast, and with my timezone, it's hard. And I wanted him a lot.

I love it! My town's horrible because I started on like December 8th. But yeah, it's really fun and addictive! One of my favourites! :)

It's by far my favorite game! I nearly killed to grab my copy, one of the last left on release date *-* Futur Shop was out of stock but Toys R Us still had like 5 copies or so!!

I remember spending hundreds of hours playing it when I was 9-11 on my Gamecube... great memories

i bought cf back in 2008 and bought new leaf a few months after it came out... i love all the new and returning features, its super cute too and i put a lot of effort into my town and house!! but as many ac games it gets a bit repetitive after a while. i still check up every now and then!

Wow really? He moved into my town automatically after a villager moved away and I didn't even care! This is awesome

I really love this game, it's so heartwarming and it's not that stressful (in my opinion).

I think the begginng you have to be more careful and such but after you got the essencial, you need like.. 30min/1h of gameplay per day?

Though I haven't played for a while since I've been playing Pokémon X a lot D:

I'm the exact opposite! I have Pokemon X and ACNL, but I prefer ACNL more for some reason.
Hmm, probably it's because I spent 4 months playing non-stop? I don't know xD

I've been a huge fan of Pokémon since the beggining of the series so I guess that's because I play it more, but I'm starting to miss AC:NL so I may return to it n_n

I was changing the dates for fun,but then one of my favorite villager moved away!poor Molly......I MISS HER!

I like Animal Crossing, but New Leaf is pretty boring, especially without playing online, and if you have the European version is even more boring.

I don't play it anymore since November :/

It doesn't have a lot of new features, but I'm happy about the fact girls can now wear pants, I hate skirts xD

I still prefer City Folk, maybe because I prefer home consoles.

In my opinion Tongari Boushi (Enchanted Folk in Europe, Magician's Quest in the US) is better, so sad Konami don't want to publish the new Tongari Boushi games outside Japan

In my opinion, I find ACNL not boring at all lol

Maybe because it's my first Animal Crossing game, and I got it after Pokemon X...

And I know how it is to lose a favorite villager. (PUNCHY COME BAAAAACKKKK!) It is truly a sad thing.

It's so hard to catch sharks! I searched up how it catch them and you have to actually hear the sound...oops.but now that I know the trick,NO SHARKS ARE COMING!!!!im so mad!
