I never really thought of this until now. Can Ringotchi be a boy on the V2? Mine is and I'm not sure if it's normal.

Gender doesn't matter on the v2. Seems weird right?

It does seem weird! I don't mind having a feminine apple boy.....if that makes any sense. :3

Tamagotchi characters can be either a girl or a boy on the V1, V2 and V3 connections.  Gender of characters was introduced with the V4.

yeah, from v1-3 even though it says you hatched a boy it can become a more feminine tama. but then again, you're giving a gender to an apple. i once had my kuchipatchi marry a memtchi thanks to the matchmaker. was a match made in heaven!
