I think its really sweet to add little charms and decorations on tamas, but I don't have the slightest idea where to get these assortment of kawaii merchandise. So I was wondering, where do all of you get your charms to decorate your tama?

It really depends on what you what to use. I use Pokémon Center charms that I find on eBay, and there are plenty of other things you can find there, too. Amazon is another great resource.
There is a website called Strapya World that specializes in phone straps, which make good Tamagotchi charms.
And if you're the creative type, you could always make your own using polymer clay or other materials.

Out of curiosity, what exactly do I search? These charms a lot of people on Tama Talk have, their sort of kawaii and animals, but I'm not exactly sure what to search?

I often use zipper pulls you can get out of mystery figure boxes. If you have a Hot Topic near you I know they sometimes sell Tokidoki mystery figures. Most of the time they come with the charm strap to attach it to your Tama too. Another place to look at if you have one near you would be a Claires because they have a section for little keychains.
