Princess Spacy Menu Help

I wasn't able to find a menu guide for the Princess Spacy to figure this out so if anyone has one I'd like a link Or an overall guide! I can't seem to find one specifically for this version.

I got a new location from having enough TamaTomos, it's the second location on the third screen. On the normal iD L this is supposed to be Patchi Onsen where you can go in the hot springs. On the PS version you end up in a field with a really tall character and she says a few things, then a sign came up on the screen, there were no options to enter the hot springs so it musn't be the same location. When I went back the second time the sign didn't pop up.

Can someone let me know what's actually happening? I'd especially like to know what the little sign said since it was a one time thing

I think if I'm might be correct is the Melody Land. The tall tamagotchi is Meloditchi's mother, Melomamatchi.

They both can come and talk to you a bit anytime. The sign must have been an access of having another banner you use when you see the design on the top or bottom. The only occasion on getting the Patchi Onsen is when you have it on the same third section but in the fourth location. I don't have my Princess Spacey here with me because I'm in Minnesota, but I hope this helps!
