Can't get a Tarakotchi at Tamagotchi L.I.F.E App

Hello there! ^_^

I love the Tamagotchi L.I.F.E. App and I'm trying to grow all kinds of characters. I've already unlocked all characters (and colors) except for Tarakotchi. And I can't figure out how to do it! I know it's possible to evolve it from Kuchitamatchi, with extremly bad care. But still I can't figure out how to do it. Sometimes my Kuchitamatchi evoles into Nyorotchi, sometimes it just dies right before evolving... Is it even possible to grow a Tarakotchi at all? Help pls, I'm getting really annoyed by this.

I dont have the life app. But i guess just take bad care of him? It worked on the orginal for me.
