Whatever Purple Dolphins (a serious poem, actually :P )

This poem is about this fact: the last few years of my life were the most confusing thing I will ever experience and there is NO POINT trying to analyse it and write an A*-quality essay about it. I solved all my problems. Now I just need to leave them behind and stop worrying about stuff I've already dealt with. And that's what this is about.

I spent too long wondering what's wrong

Why I didn't have friends or belong.

I spent too long making up theories

Now I just want to yell and scream:

WHATEVER PURPLE DOLPHINS

I DON'T EVEN CARE if my old friends were real

I REALLY DON'T CARE how I used to feel

WHATEVER PURPLE DOLPHINS

I'm not running away from the problem

There is no problem to run away from

The problem was

I kept thinking I had a problem

My mind is confusing me

Drawing back into the web I can't see

I'm not letting it trap me again

I'm fine, those two words are true this time

I'm not running away from the problem

There is no problem to run away from

The problem was

I kept thinking I had a problem

I'm not one for making sense.

This is the ending I'd never have guessed

Of course the solution to my "problems"

Would be yelling, screaming this:

WHATEVER PURPLE DOLPHINS

I DON'T EVEN CARE if my old friends were real

I REALLY DON'T CARE how I used to feel

I'm not running away from the problem

There is no problem to run away from

The problem was

I kept thinking I had a problem

I was reading this very seriously without paying attention to how random "Purple dolphins" is but soon after reading it I started laughing X3

It's a really good poem
