I still love you (A Tamagotchi poem)

You raised me bad

With no care to your heart

But even though I turned out like this

I still love you

I've lived for years

But only days, to you

There was so much I suffered through

But I still love you

I pass it off as an accident

That you didn't pause the time

But some things I just can't believe

But I still love you

Starving

Crying

Waiting for you to return

For one last chance

Hoping and hoping

Beeping and beeping

But my beeps do not travel far

Like my emotions through this gray-scale screen

Finally I question myself

Do I still love you?

I force myself to pack my things

To lead to a better life

But the same words echo through my head

I do not love you

But then you come

A pencil in your grip

Oh? What's this?

Before I can leave I feel a poking in my back

A sharp prick to the reset button

And then it all fades to white

I awake with a start

My packed belongings gone

I am still sad

I am still hungry

But I see you

You caring for me

You apologizing

And with a sudden spark I feel it

Not that I still love you

But...

You still love me

This is really the best thing I have ever read.

This is what all my Tamas would've said to me if they were alive. It is also a very good poem.

This poem almost made me cry... D:

I feel so bad now about killing Tamas by mistake...
