Is this normal? On my tamago, my tamagotchi evolved into an oldie at the age of 3. Isn't this a bit young? On my ID L as well, Flowertchi is only 2. I can't quite memorize the growth cycle...but I think this is too early.

 
Yes, 3 is the youngest age they can evolve into an oldie on the Tama-Go but this only happens if you neglect your adult very badly.
