Skrillex Sweetinsour and the Great Patchi-Patchi Race: Part 1 - New Racer-tchi! (w/ Synopsis and Character Introductions!)

Author's Note: Due to the discontinuation of "The Tale of Twinkle and Sparky", I decided to make a new story. Sorry if Part 1 is a little short. I usually run out of ideas on the last sentence. Hope you enjoy my new series! Also, sorry if the images are too big...I was trying to make them smaller, but...I guess not. Plus, it always describes the character's appearance and I give them a little description under the picture. - Chama



In Tamagotchi Town, there happened to be a little competitive race, called the "Great Patchi-Patchi Race". The race was to celebrate Patchi Day, where all Kuchipatchis of many colors gather and watch other 'Patchis' race in their wooden karts. The announcer called the event "a day to remember", as there will be more racers competing for the Golden Patchi Leaf trophy. Their race gets turned upside down, as there is a new racer who wishes to compete in the race. Will there ever be hope for the new racer? The announcer's words: "The race is almost on, everypatchi! Get ready to race!"


The boy who was chosen to be a racer by the ruler of Sugar Rush. He wishes to compete in the Great Patchi-Patchi Race, against all the others in Patchi Forest. His dream to race for the Sugar Rush Grand Prix, but he never entered just yet. He is very shy, yet he always gets into mischief with the other racers. He never backs down from anything, and is sometimes childish for his age. He always likes to introduce himself and be polite to ones who are his friends, but insulting him, discouraging him, or annoying him will cause his candies to turn blue and green, meaning he is in "sour mode", meaning he gets sad and, if worse, cranky. Overall, he likes to hang out with anyone who is nice in return, but he will start running to a spot where he can let out his emotions if he doesn't get to race, also making him feel sour.

It was a big day for Patchi Forest. The race was almost on, and lots of racers are wanting to enter. The announcer shouted, "Come on, racers, enter your name and kart and the race will start tomorrow morning! I hope you will achieve 1st Place!" The Patchis who were entering were Kuchipatchi, Mamapatchi, Papapatchi, Chibipatchi, and other Patchis that reside in the forest. Kuchipatchi started to build his kart, called the "Wooden Bungalow". Even his parents and twin brothers made their karts. The Chibipatchi called their twin seated kart as the "Yatchi", while Mamapatchi and Papapatchi made their karts as single seated, both of which are called the "Parental Protectors". However, a young boy found out that there was a race in Patchi Forest. He pushed his kart to the entry gate, and tried to enter the race.

"Sorry, but we already selected our racers, besides, you may not even know how to race with a kart like that." said the entry manager, chuckling. The boy walked up to him furiously, and said, "I am Skrillex Sweetinsour, and I want to race. It's my lifelong dream to race and have fun!"

The entry manager pushed Skrillex Sweetinsour out of the way for the rest of the Patchis to enter. Skrillex Sweetinsour drove his kart over to the Patchi Lake, and started to cry. "Wh-Why won't let they me r-race? I-I have the perfect kart...m-made out of candy..." A contestant by the name of Yonepatchi came over and wiped Skrillex Sweetinsour's tears. "What's the matter, little guy?" she cooed. Skrillex Sweetinsour sniffed and said, "I didn't get in the race...but I don't know why." He looked at his kart and told her, "My kart is a fast, yet delicious one...I call it the Chocolate Mixins 2.0, the fastest kart around..." Yonepatchi looked at Skrillex Sweetinsour and said, "Dear little boy...maybe it's because you're not eligible to race...only ones who have practiced can enter. Maybe you and I can practice driving around your kart. How about that?" Skrillex Sweetinsour gave Yonepatchi a smile, and happily accepted the offer.

"Thank you, miss..." Skrillex Sweetinsour paused. "Yonepatchi." she said. "Miss Yonepatchi. I thank you for helping me feel more happier. We will start soon before the day's end." Skrillex Sweetinsour replied, with his red rosy cheeks glowing brighter.

Yonepatchi and Skrillex Sweetinsour went to the nearest path that was big enough for a kart to drive in. "You ready, dear?" "Yes, ma'am. Will you teach me the basics?" Skrillex Sweetinsour said as he got into the kart. Yonepatchi explained all the controls on how to drive his kart, and so the practice laps began. "Let's race!" Skrillex Sweetinsour giggled, feeling confident. He started up his kart, and tried to do everything Yonepatchi taught him. "CRASH!" it went, as it hit a tree on accident. "Oops...my fault. I didn't mean it." Skrillex Sweetinsour said, worried that Yonepatchi would yell. "It's okay, I'm not going to yell at you. Whatever happens, happens. Let's try it again." Yonepatchi replied. After a few crashes and malfunctions later, Skrillex Sweetinsour finally knew how to drive his kart. "I know how to drive! I don't know how that happened, but I know how to drive!" Skrillex Sweetinsour cheered, jumping happily.

Yonepatchi hugged Skrillex Sweetinsour, and said, "Good luck. I hope you will be able to enter soon." Skrillex Sweetinsour looked at Yonepatchi as she left to go do the finishing touches on her kart. "Thank you..." he said softly, reaching out to the air.
