My friend wants an irDA USB device for sending files; I looked all over ebay and Amazon but they're all priced too high for his budget. Can anyone help find cheaper ones?

 
Heee, I just donated some money to tamatalk and I bought an p's I can't get anymore money till I work and I am saving up for daily survival and all that stuff.

I only have 26.44 dollars right now.
