Princess Spacy iD L book?

I won this auction on Yahoo Japan for $3 + $15 fee and I'm sooo happy because I've wanted the Mametchi bag so much and yay yay yay, now I don't have to buy the overpriced one on ebay.

Anyway, there are two questions I have about the other items in the lot.



In the lower left corner is some kind of Princess Spacy iD L "book"

But it seems so thin! Is in just some kind of really thin magazine or pamphlet or something?

Also, another question I have is, what is the thing that looks like a roll of duct tape or something? Is it some kind of banner?

I don't know about the book but the "duct tape" looking thing if sticky on one side is probably washi tape which is like a craft type of masking tape for decorative purposes ^^

It looks like a promotional book for the idl ps probably tells you about features and whatnot awsome win tho I so want one of those bags.

I'm pretty sure that tape is what you call 'deco tape'. I actually collect it some, and it's just decorative tape that's popular in Japan, and it usually just comes with pretty designs or characters on it.
