Does anyone have problems with connecting their Cheeks Chan with this site?

But it doesn't seem to work. Even the screen on the Cheeks Chan stays yellow instead of turning blue. Tried different computers and different browsers and Flash has been updated.
It also doesn't connect with the iPhone app. :(

Just to be clear, it's not me having this problem, but a very, very good friend of mine that is too shy to write the question. :)

 
I don't have one... But does it have a microphone on cheeks? Somethings have a hidden one and uses sound bit transfers. Maybe sound isn't loud enough on computers?

 
I'm not entirely sure how the cheeks chan connection thing works, but I think it might be based on the light flashing, maybe the little button looking thing on the back (almost looks like a teeny camera??) is blocked or something? Or pressing too hard on the screen (or too far away??) Best of luck to your friend :)

 
The computer brightness needs to be SUPER bright i think... IDK for sure tho
