It's a Mame Game, it has a little arcade game on it... I think similar to Tetris.

Yep, similar to Tetris, but with Tama characters. I have a clear one. It's a good-sized device. I got it on ebay a few years ago when they were still fairly cheap. I think I paid $15.00 for it.
