Hi everyone.

I accidentally unpaused my Tamagotchi iD L the other day but didn't realize until it was too late - my Sabosabotchi just sent me a farewell letter. :(

Is there any way for me to continue without resetting the tama? Right there doesn't seem to be any buttons that I can press to make the letter go away. In was wondering if anyone had any ideas or experience with this. I'd hate to lose all of my items along with my Tamagotchi.

Thanks in advance!

Well ,this screen acts like the connection tama death screen.

To keep almost everything, Press A+C together, generation will reset though (thanks oldschooltama)

You could also try reset button with a pen and then select download to see if you can catch her before she leaves, not sure either since I don't know if your tama saves the progress before 'death' or after 'death'

You'll still have your items and Gotchi Points after pressing A and C together when your Tamagotchi leaves a farewell letter. The generation count starts over though.

Thanks for telling me that :) I keep thinking that I will lose everything, the generation will reset that`s for sure though ;)

Thank you both for your responses!

According to a wiki (can't remember which one), certain modern tamas including the iD L consider death a 'major event' and thus will record it, making the reset and load trick useless.
