ok so on the 1st of september (as in, this month) i ordered a Ciel plush from amazon. i made sure it was Ciel.

today i get home from school, and theres a squishy package!!!!!

i take it inside and rip it open, but....

its the wrong character.

THEY SENT ME A WHOLE DIFFERENT CHARACTER!!!!!

luckily, i only opened the package, not the bag surrounding the plush.

im se4riiosuly crying and shaking right now. i know its ridiculous, but if you have the patience of me (literally none) then you'd understand/

how do i get my momney back???????? iyts cost 15 dollars and i don't want to wait 2 weeks againns

Welp. You need to message them about it. Mistakes happen. If you keep yourself calm while mailing them and send it... Maybe they will let you keep the other one as an apology. Just let them know which character you got, when you ordered it and order number. The simple things and remember to stay calm. No threats, no warnings, nothing agressive.

 
I would contact the seller. If they refuse to refund you, get Amazon involved.

Hope you get everything sorted out.

 
Grrr! Reminds me of when I bought a YumeKira Dream TamaTomo PC and they sent me a Miracle Friends TamaTomo PC!

Or when I bought a 15th anniversary iD L and I was sent a normal iD L ono

Message them and they would probably give you the correct one if you send the wrong one back.

 
Ditto, but be nice. Take a deep breath, and calm down before doing anything. Remember, you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
