Tamagotchi 4u card

I've been trying to get the card to scan, but I can't seem to find the sweet spot on the card. I tried hovering my 4U over the symbol on the card and nothing happened..

Any suggestions?

Place the 4u in the centre of the card the symbol is just for show as the actual NFC spot is in the middle of the card make sure you go into connections and select the touch spot selection which is the bottom selection.
