So I have a tamagotchi v3 from Europe and one from North America and they won't seem to connect together, are they not compatible?

To be honest, I'm not sure. I tried searching the Internet for tips/anything to pop up, but nothing seems to give a detailed answer.

I've never had European tamas as well, so...

Try connecting again, and if not, then maybe they aren't compatible.

Good luck! :D

Maybe you are in too bright light when you try to connect. They won't connect in bright sunlight, for example. Try connecting in normal room light, away from a bright source. I have 3 v5.5s that connect just fine--one is American, one is Japanese, and one is Asian. Your batteries may be weak as well. If they are the same version, they should be able to connect.

Make sure both the batteries are fresh, then try again :)
