In this topic, we are to think about our current life and names things that we are grateful for. :)

Here's my list...

  • I was born as a human rather than something like a fly with a short, not very pleasant life
  • I am usually able to buy the things I want
  • My parents aren't very bossy
  • I am home-educated and don't have to go to pesky school
  • I do not have any major illness
  • I have a gorgeous boyfriend <3
  • I have Tamagotchis which I love
  • I found faith in God during late 2013
  • I have a laptop and internet access
  • I live in Australia rather than a place full of war and disease
  • I was born in 1998 instead of an era without Tamagotchis and without the wonderful people I know today.

That's all for now... I might think of more later.

Eternal Mametchi Fan, what a lovely topic! I was having a bad day and seeing this here really made me stop and think.

Ok, let's see, here's my list....

- I live in a peaceful democratic country where the rights and freedoms of people are respected (yay Canada!)

- In my country there is access to free health care (again, yay Canada!)

- I have financial security and food on my plate every evening

- I am part of a lovely family where we all care for one another

- I have been with my wonderful boyfriend for 2 years now

- I am getting a post-secondary education

- I have the best cats ever (I'd be lost without my contingent of fuzzballs)

- I was lucky enough to have learned how to play a variety of musical instruments

- Despite my Aspergers I have been able to lead a relatively normal life, thanks to the therapy I began to receive early in childhood.

Wow, wonderful topic! Thanks for this.

- I live in the USA instead of a third world country

- I can attend school and get an education

- I have the privilege of internet and advanced technology

- I have a roof over my head and food on the table

- I gave friends who are always there for me through the thick and thin...

- And of course, I have my family over at Tamatalk. :)

-My wondeful family

-God

-To be able to live on Prince Edward Island where there's close to no danger

-Tamagotchis of course

-Everything I own that I sometimes take for granted, like my bed

-Good health

-Beautiful girl friend

I'm:

  • irreligious
  • a fan of reading
  • not living in relative poverty
  • able to study for degrees I could take abroad
  • taking an endless list of other things for granted

  • I live with my boydriend and we share a great relationship and care for each other and it's been like that for almost two years.
  • I have a loving mom and a loving dad who support me.
  • I have two really nice friends who care about me.
  • My family accepts me as I am and they have no problem with how I dress, how I look, how many piercings I have or what things I like.
  • Even though I don't have much money I can buy myself things from time to time.
  • I quit school early but my parents understood the reasons and educated me themselves.
  • My mother taught me English along with my mother tongue (Spanish) so I never had to worry about studying English at school and I have a higher level than I would have otherwise.
  • I've always had an Internet connection and my parents allowed me to play videogames since I was little.
  • My parents never censored me anything. I could watch and play and read what I wanted at any time and I love that fact.
  • My parents always gave me like a little 'salary' that I could spend on anything I wanted insted of buying me things themselves; that taught me the real value of money, how to spend it wisely and how to save up when I couldn't afford something.
Yes, I owe my parents a lot...
