NOTE: This is perfectly safe and will NOT break your Tamaagotchi.

Tamagotchi fans reading this, you are about to learn a special technique to remove scratches, worn paint, etc. on your Tamagotchi's shell.

Follow these steps:

1. Get a piece of mild or medium sandpaper.

2. Find the Tamagotchi you want to sand.

3. Now, rub the sandpaper on the shell. NOTE: Do not do this on the screen as it will scratch it. You can sand as much of the shell as you like. Make sure it is properly sanded off so no marks are shown. Also, try to sand in one direction so it looks neater.

4. Brush off the excess sand (blowing will also work)

5. Polish the shell, as this will make it smoother. (This step is optional)

You're all done! After sanding the shell, it should be less likely to become scratched.

Good luck!

There are other ways to fix your tama scratches that are much less damaging.

If they did this, it would possibly ruin the shell to begin with. You should start with the finest grit sandpaper you can find first, if you are going to sand at all. It will take longer, but it will be less likely to ruin/dig into the plastic.

You can also use CD repair paste. Toothpaste.

I can also use an eraser to get them less visable.
