If there was a third Tamagotchi movie...

(Third as in coming after Tamagotchi: The Movie, and Tamagotchi: Happiest Story in the Universe)

It's been a while since they made a Tamagotchi movie!

I think that after the GO-GO Tamagotchi anime, they should make another movie.

It would be a 2D anime movie of course. Here is a plot idea that I have:

A tragic epidemic has swept throughout DoriTamaTown, which causes Tamagotchis to fall asleep and never wake up. They then grow weaker and weaker until they face almost certain death. The residents of the town are in panic at this deadly disease, and when Lovelitchi falls ill with it, Lovesoratchi is determined to find a way to cure her before it is too late.

With the help of Papamametchi, Mametchi discovers that there is a special kind of flower whose petals can conquer the illness within seconds. However, these flowers only exist in the hidden town on Gottsun Comet that Mofumofutchi went to. Lovesoratchi convinces Mametchi to take him, and along with Memetchi and Kuchipatchi, the four of them encounter Takoballoontchi and he helps them reach the Gottsun Comet as soon as possible.

When they arrive at the Gottsun Comet, they find a magical and mysterious city that looks so much different from DoriTamaTown. They meet all sorts of new Tamagotchi characters who live in the city, and the four friends eventually come across Mofumofutchi. Mofumofutchi, along with a new female character, helps them on their search for the flower they need. But what are they supposed to do when they learn that the flowers are vital for the townsfolk's survival?

Meanwhile, back on Tamagotchi Planet, Lovelitchi is still asleep and is growing weaker and weaker. Melodytchi is distraught. Other Tamagotchis have become sick as well, such as Himespetchi, Clulutchi, Orenetchi, Pianitchi, Yumemitchi, and Kuromametchi... Will Mametchi and his comrades successfully retrieve the flowers before everyone back home has no chance of survival?

The film will also feature older characters like Oyajitchi, Mimitchi, etc, but not with very major roles, and other characters who have left will make a re-appearance: Kizunatchi, Yumecantchi, Smartotchi, and others...

Of course, it's a bit dark for a Tamagotchi film, but the second movie was dark as well XD And it's just my idea lol.

If there was a third Tamagotchi movie, what would you want it to be about?

tbh, if they ever made a new Tamagotchi Movie, it would probably be about Coffretchi losing her make-up or something really girly... XD

But tbh GO-GO Tamagotchi isn't really girly, especially the latest few episodes.

Well, the movies in my opinion were probably a "test run" to see how an "animated Tamagotchi feature" would work out. Probably it was a hit in Japan and Bandai decided to aim bigger. That is when Let's Go! Tamagotchi was born, as a low-budget webseries. When people started to like it, that's when the Tamagotchi! series was created, the series that we could NEVER get in America. And eventually Japan started to like it even more, while we others across the seas "don't understand the anime" for apparent reason. So that's why Tamagotchi has been limited in releases overseas because Japan is more crazy about Tamagotchi only.

Now Tamagotchi has now became heavily based on the modern anime universe. And they're kinda on a roll with it too. But to make a good movie, you need an epic plot. But what does it take to make an "epic plot" on a kids-based franchise and series? You need to keep everything child tone based. That's one of the problems in making another "Tamagotchi movie," while keeping things relevant and kid-friendly.

I don't know if the Tamagotchi! series is becoming a bit more Y7 or slightly mature, but pretty much on the skeptical side, since Bandai pretty much used the movie as a test run for an animated Tamagotchi but if they wish to go back to their roots, then let's see what they can do.

Were there another Tamagotchi movie, I'd want to see Tanpopo in it. She was my favorite.

Yeah Tanpopo would be nice... maybe her little brother should come too

But they've changed the style of the human characters in the anime.

I think they should combine the style of the very very old cartoons, the tanpopo era, and the new human (and tamagotchi) styles and have something to do with time travel. It could be fun and goofy and something that all generations of tamalovers could enjoy.

It would be about Mametchi getting a severve, and rare illness, and his friends have to find a special, but very rare medicen. Then at the end, they found out that the medicen that Mametchi really needed, was the power of love. *And I know it would sound odd for Mametchi to get a sickness like that, but hey, the idea itself sounds awesome. * And this was orignally an episode idea for the Tamagotchi anime, but it would be really neat if it was turned into a movie.
