Correct me if i'm wrong, but I believe that is a Australian music star shell, which you don't find as often as the American ones. Or it could be a wave 1 American shell.

Again, I'm not completely sure at all, so I wouldn't take my word before someone confirms it.

There are quite a few Music Star shells that were only released on Australia and Asia, and that design is one of them :D
