How do you earn/change 4u borders?

If I'm not mistaken, for the P's, the borders can be earned with pierces and puzzles.

On the 4u, can you only earn borders through puzzles? Also once you earn them how do you change them? :(

 
Unlike the previous versions, the 4U has all the borders already available and you can't unlock any more. So, you don't need to collect puzzle pieces to be able to change the borders.

Go to the first icon. Then, press A until you reach a screen with four options (with no pictures next to them). Select the second option. Then there will be another list of four options; this is the list of borders to choose from. :)
