How do I pause a 4U?

Just a quick question, I got my 4U today (don't get me started on the Parcelforce handling fees...) and I was wondering how to pause it? I can't seem to find any answers...

you need to go to the clock screen.

go to the icon that shows the happiness and hunger meter and keep on pressing a until you see three options appear on your screen. press b and then you have to pick the first option i think.

this is the clock set-up screen and it will freeze the time.

so let's say you're out of your house for groceries or something, and you pause it at 12:30 pm, when you come back it will still say 12:30 pm. so you'll have to change the time when you want to "unpause" it

Also, there is a function on the 4U that allows you to send your Tamagotchi to the "babysitter" so it will be automatically taken care of during the day. This function works anytime before 5pm

The Babysitter works from 7am to 5pm (The 5th option on the Clover icon)

If you want to pause for a few days, I advise taking the batteries out c:

You can also set the time to night so that your Tamagotchi is asleep. Like most color-screen Tamagotchis, 4U doesn't have an actual pause feature.
