Help... Can you tell me about these Tamagotchis?

Hi all, I am a newbie and found your forum while searching the net. Seems like the best board I could find so here goes...

Having a clear out this morning I found two old Tamagotchis and wondered if they were rare or worth anything. I remember buying them from Argos way back... Both have Bandi 1997 on the back, one seems and original pet and the other is one of the connecting battling ones.

The egg shaped one is red with white buttons and Tamagotchi written across the top and was made in Indonesia.

The battle one is a light grey/blue with dark grey buttons and was made in China.

Hoped to attached a pic, but can't seem to! Anyone help me out with what I have here? Guides online and eBay seems very confusing!

The 1997 Tamagotchis aren't worth a whole lot, maybe about $20 depending on condition and stuff. But I find it strange they it says Made in Indonesia. As far as I'm aware,Tamagotchis should say Made in China. It could be a knock-off, so the image would be helpful.

As for the battling one, I assume you mean Digimon? They can be worth a lot, especially the original ones. Is it shaped like a rectangle?
