Hey! Recently I bought a used tamagotchi, (I can't find unused ones from my country unfortunately ) anyway, It came with a color discoloration and I would like it better if it doesn't... Is there any way I can remove the discoloration? And is the topic right for this thread? XD

What tamagotchi is it and what colour?

Pics of the colour damage would help users determine if it can be fixed (i.e dispex if you mean the designs peeled) or at least matched.

I'm not an expert on tamagotchis but I've seen a lot of vintage toys have discolored plastic from

being left in the sun too long. If that's the case then it's impossible to change back unfortunately...

If the shell is what's discolored, you'd best try rubbing a damp q-tip on it, it may just be dirty.

If the screen is discolored, it may too be dirty, but you might have to open up the tamagotchi all the way to clean it.

If that doesn't work then I don't know. Pictures would be helpful though!

This has been becoming more and more of an issue. Sometimes it doesn't even seem to be from the sun.

For the most part, there is really not much you can do.

Which one is it? If there is no pattern, some people have been trying hair color developer to try to fix the damage.

In most cases, it's best to leave it alone. :(

It may just be dirty if it's the shell, so I would suggest trying to clean it.

If it is actually discolouration then there is nothing you can do unfortunately, it happens with older tamas over time
