Hey guys, so my fiancee has (finally) decided to try owning a Tamagotchi. She's seen me play with mine, but hasn't gotten the chance to play with one of her own yet. I'm thinking about buying one for her, but I don't know where to start. What are some recommendations for a new player, whose only real requirements are that it has to be able to connect to my tamas ( Icurrently own a V4 and a Tama-Go)and that it has to be in the English language.

v3. Definitely start with the v3. Low maintenance, super simple, you know the drill.

Maybe V4.5? They tend to be quite expensive but they're super fun. It's kind of similar to the V4 except with different games and characters. The games are super fun and it's easy enough to understand how to play, but also have fun features like mail, school, and jobs so she won't get bored. Good luck on your decision.

Thanks for the info so far. ^_^ I'll look into both and see which one she prefers.

V3's are very low maintenance, but they get boring easily. V4/V4.5 have more options, and are pretty good beginner tamagotchis.
