how does the letter/ happy mail work? How do i receive it? The link seems inactive. Couldn't click on it.

hmmm. I have an id L! do you mean the happy mail in the mailbox? I think that means you haven't received an happy mail if it is grayed out. I think to get happy mail, you send 1 letter to a friend, and then 1 to another friend and 1 more to 1 more friend. If all 3 letters are sent successfully, you will get a happy mail. what you do is, you must connect your id l to another id l before you send a letter. After you connect, go to the heart thing on your id l, scroll down to "ID L", click "SWAP", and then "LETTER."

HOw do you send letters to friends? is it through connection? Ive connected with my Jap Idl. I'm playing English one now.

 
hold on ignore the previous comment I just posted. I didn't read the rest of what you wrote. im going to try it out now with my idl's. thanks.

okay, to send letters, go to the heart symbol. Click it, then scroll down to the button that says "ID L". Click that. next, click "SWAP."

then, scroll to "GIVE". then, scroll down to "LETTER." click that. then, get your other tamagotchi ready. To get the other tamagotchi ready, go to the heart symbol on that tama, click "ID L," then click "SWAP." then click "TAKE."

idk what happens next cuz i never connected an id l

 
I just tried it. that's what ive been doing all along. both of them are set on ....one gives and the other one takes Happy Mail. But the link is grey and inactive. Couldn't click.

 
it doesn't say Letter. It says Happy Mail.

 
  • ive connected my 2 idls a few times. The Happy Mail is the only thing that's grey and inactive. My question is, how do I get a happy mail? Cause I remember in the past when I connected both, I get a message in the "outside" of my tama's house, in the yard, as a "flying paper plane." After I finish reading the message, I press a random button, and it disappears. So is that where I was suppose to save my letters? For future happy mails?

idk. I'm sorry but I have no idea because I've never connected my id l to another tamagotchi before. :(
