Tamagotchi Friends - Help with items/food/jewellery?

Hello! I have a Friends Dreamtown. Tamaninjacat is correct. Items are not available whatsoever on Dream Town. But you can get jewelry at the TamaMori Shop for around 15000 gotchi points. If you play a game perfectly without making a mistake, you will get 1000 points. To get food, you must go to the Music Cafe. I always buy the sushi for 2000 points. Your tama will eat some sushi, which will raise his meter by 2 hearts. 3 more sushi is also added to your fridge.

And here is another tip: if you get 30 pieces of jewelry, another mini game will be added. Another 30 will added one more mini game. Also, for every other generation of tamas you raise, starting with gen 1, a different piece of jewelry will automatically be added for free. Example, gen 1 you get a necklace, gen 3 you get a bracelet, etc.
