Tacttchi met me twice and asked me something. I said no as the question was in Japanese and I didn't know what he asked me. I'm sorry as I have no pictures of it. My tamagotchi is a kiramotchi.

(You didn't say what tama you are talking about so I'm going to assume the P's) Tacttchi was asking your tama on a date. If you say yes, they will go out to dinner (or something like that) and then return to the park when they are done. If you see him a second time and say yes again he will take your tama on another date. However, after this date he will ask your tama if they'd like to get married. Saying yes will automaticaly take them to the date place so they can marry.
