Posting a picture would be awesome so we could help you! And I usually let myself know which version it is by the design it has, including shell-wise. Does it have an antenna on it? Or none at all? o:

You'll have to answer a couple of questions...
- Is your device rounded and egg shaped, or somewhat flat and egg shaped?
- Is it around the same size as a normal Tamagotchi, or smaller/bigger?
- What color is the device, and what patterns are on it?
- Can your device connect with other devices?
- If your device can connect with other devices, does it have an antenna of some kind?
- If your device has an antenna, is it small and nubby or does it have a ball or star at the end?
- Is your device in color?
- Does your device have a little slot at the top to slot something into it?
- If it's hard to answer any of the questions above, can we please get a picture?
