Go to the connection icon (the heart one) and select BFF bump. Then connect them for sometime till they become best friends. When they're old enough and you connect them, they should marry. Without pausing them they will marry at about 6 years old.

Right, but on Dream Town, they'll marry at 5 years, which is equal tp 5 days unpaused. If u pause them a lot, it'll take a bit longer. You'll also get exclusive jewelry if you BFF bump a lot!
