4u Aikatsu Touch Card Questions

Hello everyone! I have a question about the 4u Aikatsu Touch Card. What items/characters does it unlock? Also, I found one on Amazon NIP for like 7 dollars, is that a good deal for it, and is it worth it? Thank you all for your help!

I am not sure about the first question, but I can for sure say that $7 USD is a reasonable price.

I have one and it's rather decent, the content looks nice, and 7 dollars is pretty cheap.
