Wagatama M!X Log with Pictures and Stuff

Hey there! Thanks for checking out my log! To keep things brief - I'm Christina, a Midwestern college student who has owned and loved Tamagotchi ever since I was a little girl. Another thing I've loved since childhood is writing, and combine that with my love of the internet, and you get this mess. A Tamagotchi log type... thing.

This log will, at least for now, be solely about the newly-released Tamagotchi M!X. It's the only one I have running right now, but that may change in the future. Also, fair warning that my logs can get pretty lengthy, especially when I'm jotting down new information or game functionality. If you're into that, then great, but if not, please feel free to skim the text and enjoy the pictures!

The community has been pretty hyped about the M!X for a while now, so I thought I'd share my experiences with everyone! I don't read a lick of Japanese, so it's certainly been an adventure so far, haha.

Also, I'd like to note that I do have a general Tamagotchi Log on a separate blog, which is linked in my signature or here. I will be cross-posting all my M!X logs there, and may include extra photos and whatnot since there isn't a limit. If I ever get around to making proper lists and/or guides, they'll also be there.

August 2nd, 2016 (Part 1)

Technically speaking, my blue Tamagotchi M!X (Spacey ver.) arrived on my doorstep at the tail-end of July. I nearly tripped over it coming back home from nannying, which was a pleasant surprise. However, due to my plans that weekend, I decided to wait to start it up. Based on what I had read on the forums, a lot of folks were saying that the baby stage was very needy (shock, amaze) and I wanted to make sure I had plenty of time to devote to my soon-to-be child.

As luck would have it, my Shutotchi on my iD L left me on August 2nd (I have no idea why - I'm a great parent), so I took out its batteries, safely stored and labeled them, and popped new ones into my M!X.

First things first, of course, so I started out with setting the date and time (I set it to the 3rd like a moron, but corrected it later).



After setting the date and time, it had me enter my birthday (3/24!). For anyone who's curious, the date is set as month/day, and the time is automatically set to AM/PM. I know that, depending on your country, it can be different, and since the M!X is a Japanese exclusive (for now...), I wasn't sure at first.

After setting the date, time, and my birthday, I had to enter my name - or whatever I wanted my Tamagotchi to call me. Since my name is one character too long (a curse I face in almost any video game), I set mine as a nickname. The naming process was actually pretty complicated and took forever. Basically, you press the B button to select the empty space you want to fill with a character. Then, a list of hiragana (the Japanese alphabet) will appear beneath it. Press the A button to scroll through the characters - if you scroll to the end, the list of characters will change. If you keep doing this, you'll scroll through hiragana, katakana (a Japanese alphabet used for foreign words), punctuation, emojis, and eventually, the English alphabet. Press the B button to select the character you want to fill the slot with, and then repeat the process until you've completed whatever name you want.

Finally, after all that was done, the screen switched to a striped egg wiggling around in what had to be the cutest living room I have ever seen. After a bit of waiting (less than a minute), the egg hatched in a very dramatic fashion, and this little blue babe was born!



My little bab immediately started crying for me, which was sad but also cute. I fed him his bottles until he refused to eat any more (meaning his hunger meter is full). He kept sulking in the corner, though, so I tried playing with a toy by pressing the C button. Not sure if that did anything, though. Eventually I just gave him a ton of lollies until he stopped crying. In other news, please vote me as Parent of the Year 2016. :^)



The hour spent in the baby stage was pretty standard. I kept him fed and happy, and in the downtime explored the different menu options. The first option is the same as it's been on every Tama - the stats screen. It's two pages, and the first has your name, your Tama's name/type, their gender, and a pic of them. The second page has their happiness meter (the empty bar at the top, haha), their hunger (shown in onigiri/rice balls), their generation, age, and amount of Gotchi points. If I remember to, I'll make a list of ways to make your Tama happy later!



I'll go through the rest of the menu icons real quick:

Food - the first option gives you either onigiri or a lolly. The onigiri fulfills one hunger, and about three lollies will fill your Tama's happiness by one bar.

Bath - the first option sends your Tama to the toilet, but if they don't have to go they'll just look stressed out. The second option sends them to the Actual Bath, where they can get all squeaky clean! Bathing also increases their happiness a bit. If your Tama has stink lines around him/her, you can click on the Bath icon and they'll automatically go to the toilet.

Connect - haven't used this yet, since I don't have any other M!Xes, but you can connect by selecting this icon... probably.

House - here you can view your lineage (I'm assuming). At the time of typing this, mine has the first option grayed out, the second option shows a pic of my Tama and his generation, and the third option shows a pic of my Tama with his parents (which depend on the character your Tama evolves into, since it's gen 1).

Door - clicking on this option will let you go out and about in Tama Town! Here you can go to the Tama Depa (the store where you can buy wallpaper, food, toys, and accessories), or the park, where you can meet with different Tamagotchi in Tama Town.

Train - this option will take you to any unlocked areas, such as Melody Land/Spacey Land, depending on your version. In these areas you can visit their local Tama Depa to buy unique items, build relationships with local Tamagotchi, and more!

Chest - this is where any items you've bought are stored. You can scroll through and select an item to for your Tama to play with, which will increase their happiness.

Book - so far, the only thing I can view here is my in-game friends list. The first option shows you all the Tamagotchi characters you have met, as well as your current relationship with them (blue is Acquaintance, green is Friend, etc.). As you unlock new locations, new Tamagotchi silhouettes will show up on the friends list, and will be filled in as you meet them.

Medicine - like in previous versions, click on this icon to heal your Tama when it's sick or has a toothache.

It's also worth noting that the Attention icon now appears in the upper righthand corner of the main screen whenever your Tama calls you, as opposed to having its own location on the menu. Makes sense to me, considering the change in format.

August 2nd (Part 2)

Once the hour was up, my little boy evolved into this television-shaped amoeba!



Now that he was old enough to actually Do Stuff, we went out and explored Tama Town! First, I tried the Arcade, which is the second option at Tama Depa (the first option on the Door icon).



Sorry for the nasty quality of my photos, by the way. I'm a poor college student, so my phone is currently a flip phone, and I don't have a camera, which makes my only picture-taking option... my 3DS. Resourceful, I know.

Anyway, the first game - I call it the Rainbow Game - is pretty simple. All you have to do is fill in whichever color is missing from the rainbow. It is timed, and the rainbow will start to dissentigrate if you aren't fast enough. Never fear, though - if you get stuck, the little puffy thing that looks like it came straight out of a magical girl anime will give you a hint (by telling you which color you need).

I actually failed the game a couple times before I got the hang of it. Lame, I know, but in my defense... Look, I didn't realize you could select more than one color to make a new color, okay? I sat there frantically wondering "WHERE IS THE PURPLE???" before realizing that I just had to click on red and then blue. This is why I'm not an art major.

As for the second game... I actually have yet to figure out how the second game works. So I'll get back to y'all on that.

Moving on! The next place I visited was the second option on the Door icon, which turned out to be a park of some sort? Or something? Anyway, every time I went there, one of two bunny-looking chicks would show up, either in a purple or pink outfit. I don't think they're marriage options, and I have no idea what they're saying, so that's that.



Next up was Idenshi (Genes) Lab, where I talked to a Mametchi that had been put through Willy Wonka's taffy stretcher machine. I'm pretty sure there's a translation floating around on the forums somewhere.



When my babe and I returned home, he suddenly got very excited and rushed outside! Apparently, there was a fireworks show going on. He and a couple of other random characters danced around and cheered, then he went back inside.

Wasn't much longer before he went to bed, thus ending my first day as a Tama M!X parent.



So, that's the conclusion of my pilot log, if that's even a thing (it's not). I'll be updating soon with what happened on the 3rd and the 4th - it's currently very early morning on the 5th where I am, so that'll get me all caught up. C:

Hey hey hey, it's time for a log update! Let's jump right in!

August 3rd (Part 1)

So, we made it to the second day. My Tamagotchi isn't dead yet. Life is great.

Today is actually pretty short, because I was sleeping for most of it. I've becoming essentially nocturnal due to my job - that is, my job hours are flexible, so I end up sleeping all day and working all night because I have no internal clock.

Anyway!! I took my little blue blob out on the town, and ended up buying a couple of toys from Tama Depa. We got a pinwheel and a coloring set. I have no idea why I only photographed the pinwheel.



A neat thing about going out to different locations is that you get to pick one item to bring along with. Your Tama will use the item to play with other characters and build relationships. First, he met Mametchi, then ran around with the pinwheel. Apparently Mametchi was into it.



Then, he met with the coloring set, and Kikitchi didn't hesitate to make some mischief.



I experimented multiple times with each toy (including the building blocks you start out with), and it seemed to be random which character appeared. I'm not sure if this was because none of the items were a character's favorite, or something else. Guess I'll just have to spend tons more money and get more toys... y'know, for science.

Speaking of science, I took another trip to Idenshi Labs, mostly by accident (I forgot which menu option led to what). This time, I met a Mametchi that had gone through Willy Wonka's teleportation-slash-shrinking machine (remember the scene where the kid gets sent into the TV and then he becomes permanently miniaturized? No?). Again, I have no idea what he said to me, but he was so cute I wouldn't have been paying attention anyway.



Back at home, I left my bab to hang out in the yard. It was evening, so the sky looked really pretty (and very similar to the outdoors on the iD L). My bab dozed off, and while he was sleeping, eggs kept rolling into the yard, one by one, bumping into him, cracking, and then releasing a bird that would fly off into the sky.



It was super cute, but it also left me with a lot of questions. For example, where are these eggs coming from? Where are they gaining the momentum to roll into my sleepy Tama? Why do they look so much like a Tamagotchi egg? How are the birds able to fly right after hatching? Unfortunately, I don't think Bandai ever plans to answer these pressing questions.

August 3rd (Part 2)

It was already pretty late, so my Tama hit the hay soon after subjecting me to that very confusing bird scene. There isn't much else to write, but I did want to throw in some pictures of what the friends list (under the Book icon) looks like.



Since I only had Tama Town unlocked at the time (you don't even unlock it, it's just there), these were the only character I could meet. I have yet to meet the second female character, but word on the forums is that it's Violetchi. ((EDIT: I am a fool. It is Memetchi.))

As I mentioned before, the blue tab (or whatever) means you are an "Acquaintance" with that character (I plugged the hiragana into Google Translate to get that), and the green tab says tomodachi, or "Friend". I have yet to get any characters to the orange or red level, but I'm assuming that's good friend/best friend or crush/love, depending on the gender.

My little bab also evolved at some point in the evening, but I wasn't there to catch it with a photo, so here's a pic of his stats profile, and him all tucked in.

((I keep thinking that this is Sims 3 and there's a baby, toddler, child, teen, and adult stage, but nope. Toddler/child is the same stage here. Kind of like the Baby/toddler stage being combined in Sims 4. Hoo boy, the simming community was not happy about that.))

One last day, and then we'll be all caught up!

August 4th (Part 1)

I slept in again today, but that's par for the course. It actually ended up working out, because I wanted to purposefully neglect my Tama for a bit, in hopes of getting Kikitchi (who I assumed was the bad care character) instead of Mametchi (the typical good/perfect care character). So, I snoozed away while my poor little bab cried and and sat around in poop. Okay, when I put it like that I feel REALLY bad. I felt bad as it was, hearing him beep for me and having to look at his pitiful little face whenever I checked to make sure he hadn't kicked the bucket. Eventually, when I woke up, I fixed all his needs and he was dancing around his living room like normal, because I just couldn't bear leaving him like that. I decided to continue to neglect him again, just to make sure I didn't get Mametchi (because Kikitchi is cuter and I wanted his genetics, dangit!).

However, when I heard that fateful beeping and saw a flash of light on the screen, I was not expecting what I saw.



Yeah, Gozarutchi. Look at him, with his cheeky little blush and his little thievery bag. I LOVE HIM. I don't think I've ever had a positive reaction to getting a Gozarutchi before, but not only was I not expecting him in the first place, but he's so cute!! I tend to find weird-cute characters cuter than the stereotypically "cute" ones, like Lovelitchi.

It was certainly a pleasantly surprising development. Again, at this point I had yet to unlock any locations other than Tama Town, which, from what I had read on the forums, meant I could only get Tama Town characters. Yet here stood Gozarutchi, the mascot of Gozaru Village. One user speculated that perhaps it was because my Tama wasn't close friends with any characters, as opposed to it being due to neglectful care (which was my initial hypothesis). That makes sense to me, although it still doesn't explain why he became Gozarutchi, specifically. Is the evolution random if you don't develop any close relationships? Or is Gozarutchi the only one? Did my care (or lack thereof) have anything to do with it? The mystery - which is very befitting of a ninja - continues!

There was also this entire sweeping cutscene where my Tama's hometown transformed into Gozaru Village (at least, I'm assuming that's what it looks like). Some examples:



Here, he is seen frolicking through the streets of his newly-transformed hometown. Next, he is seen conversing with one of the mystery twins at the park. Totally digging the tatami streets and zen garden ground, by the way.

Gozarutchi was pretty hungry from all that neglecting, and apparently the adult stage in the M!X is similar to how it is in the iD L, with adult characters getting all grossed out over the free food you have at home. Like, it's free food?? Just buckle down and eat it!

We ended up going to the Restaurant, which was now available (pretty sure it became available after the baby stage, but don't quote me on that). He met Kikitchi there, and they ended up eating together. Not sure why - pretty sure it's random, since he's been seated with a character every time he's gone out to eat, but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason. One time he got seated with this gray wolf character I had never even see before.



After lunch, I decided to go ahead and unlock my first location. After a quick browse of the forums, I learned that you can unlock Flower Hills by simply buying the similarly-themed living room. I did that, and the construction crew came to my house right away and got to work.



The living room turned out adorable, of course, but more importantly -- can I marry the construction worker into my Tama family and how??

August 4th (Part 2)

After the construction workers left (*sheds a single tear*), Gozarutchi (whom I have decided to name "Goob") was innocently enjoying his new living room, when giant flowers sprouted out of nowhere and ate him!!!



Okay, not quite that, but they did transport him to Flower Hills. I was so excited that some of my pictures of the event turned out horrendously.

We explored Flower Hills for a bit, meeting some new characters along the way at the local park, as well as... a giant talking flower?



I'm not entirely sure what the flower does, but when Goob talked to it, it brought up a list of the characters he'd met so far (basically his friends list). I didn't want to accidentally do anything permanent, so I just C button'd my way out of it. Maybe I'll try and do a plug-and-chug Google Translate translation, or just cross my fingers and blindly press things. We'll see how brave I'm feeling.

August 4th (Part 3)

When we got back home, I sent Goob outside to play. I didn't even mean to do it, but I unlocked Patchi Forest! A little Rudolph-rat (dubbed as such because he's got a red nose) popped out of the ground and led Goob through a secret underground tunnel, which opened up again amidst the beautiful, mysterious, and very green Patchi Forest.



Again, I was in such a rush to get pics of the event, that some of the pictures are kind of wack.

The first Patchi Forest resident we met was Kuchipatchi, my ABSOLUTE ALL-TIME FAVORITE TAMA tied with Hanatchi from the old school crew, who did some coloring with Goob.



Then Goob visited Patchi Forest's unique location - or as I like to call them, tourist attractions (the giant talking flower was Flower Hill's tourist attraction). This time, it was a warm sand bath, tended to by none other than Rudolph-rat! Truly paradise.

August 4th (Part 4...th)

After that relaxing interlude, we went to check out the local goods! Here's one of my personal favorites. ((I mean, who wouldn't want to eat stew out of a hollowed-out tree stump? Sign me up!))



However, the best item is yet to come. I bought it in the toy section, and call it the Bush of Love, which you will understand in just a moment.

When I brought the Bush of Love along with me to Patchi Forest, the character who appeared was Guriguritchi - at least, that was her name when she was still a male character in the iD L, so. They had met once before and played with a pinwheel together, so she wasn't a total stranger. What happened next is a bit difficult to explain, so I'll let the pictures speak for me.



That's right, he serenaded her. The Bush of Love helped Goob serenade a kawaii acorn.

I'm so in love with this game, you guys have no idea.

The dance lasted for an almost awkward amount of time, but Guriguritchi seemed to be totally digging it. It was then and there that I knew she was the only one for Goob. The ship had sailed and no one can sink it.

Goob also bought the Onsen (at least I think it's the onsen?) and Kuchipatchi showed up. They took a bath together, but I guess the water overflowed and it freaked them out.



And that's pretty much it for the 4th! Sorry it had to be cut up into so many parts - a lot of photo-worthy things happened, and I ended up having to pick and choose a lot. I may include more pictures when I transfer these over to my blog. Everything is just so cute! I feel like That Parent who takes pictures of every single thing their child does and posts it to social media, haha.

One last note - Patchi Forest is quickly becoming my favorite location. I have yet to see any more beyond Flower Hills and Patchi Forest, but the aesthetic is just so, so wonderful. Plus, my favorite character lives there, hehe.

Wow, thank you everyone! I wasn't expecting this log to get so much love right off the bat! I'm glad y'all are liking it!

I'll try not to make posts that aren't logs too often, but since there are already people commenting and being so kind and awesome, I just wanted to let you know the schedule for the next update.

I'll be staying overnight at a friend's tonight, so I won't be able to update the events from today. However!! I plan to do a double-update for the 5th and 6th tomorrow evening. I'll also take that time to reply to comments and stuff, because the community here is awesome.

Hello everyone! It's 1:55 AM at the time of typing this, and is there a better time to finally get around to writing a log update? I don't think so. Let's go!

August 5th

At around 8:00 AM, I caught Goob watching his morning television broadcast. Apparently it was an emotional rollercoaster of a program.



Gotta say, I've always adored how Tamas have their own little routines. It's so fun to glance over and see your baby singing or brushing their teeth.

This happened pretty early in the morning, just after he had woken up, and just as I was about to go to sleep. I guess my schedule isn't exactly Tama-friendly... but, here we are anyway. ;^)

Anyway, due to our mismatched sleep patterns, not much else happened today. I have already fallen into a nice little schedule with my M!X, though. It might sound super domestic or something, but I try to have Goob take a bath and clean the house once a day (the vacuum is one of the options under the Chest icon. Unlike on my iD L, I didn't have to buy it).



He's such a tidy little ninja. <3

We also met Chamametchi today at the park! Although, she didn't show up on Goob's friends list afterwards, so she must not be a marriage option. As usual, I didn't understand what she and Goob discussed, so I have no idea what her role in the game is.



Besides that, Goob played around in the yard, and even managed to take a trip to Patchi Forest and increase his relationship level with Guriguritchi! With some help from the Bush of Love, of course.

((Also, according to my trusty pal, Google Translate, the hiragana on the orange tab translates to koibito, or "Lover". You go, Goob!))

After that, I took Goob with me to my overnight party so that I could keep an eye on him, but there weren't any opportunities to take more photos (I just played the Rainbow Game a bunch of times while waiting for my friend to make mac & cheese, so you didn't miss out on much). I also may have shown him off to my friends a bit - everyone was really impressed with the M!X graphics, and thought he was super cute. Definitely a proud moment for me, as his mother and all.

I'm absolutely terrible at finishing anything I write, so uh... next update coming soon! Thanks for reading!

August 6th (Part 1)

Alright, I'm going to open this log up with some good ol' fashioned negativity. My gripe (which isn't the M!X's fault, I'm just an uncultured swine who can't read the manual) is about the Star Game, the second game at the arcade. I think I mentioned earlier that I couldn't figure out how to play this darned game, and what can I say? Nothing has changed. Every time I try it, I make it to maybe one point, if I'm lucky. What's worse, I don't even know how I make it to that one point. It just happens, and then next thing I know, I've lost.

Allow me to elaborate just a bit. In the Star Game, stars and (admittedly cute) space ships fall from the sky while your Tama scampers back and forth underneath. You aren't controlling your Tama - they move on their own. Once the stars get to about the spot they're at in the picture below, the M!X will beep, and then shiny gold hiragana text will appear by your Tama. I don't know what it says, but it ends with an exclamation point, so it much be important. Now, when this happens, the entire game freezes, and since I have no idea what's going on I just press a random button. C button takes you out of the game and back to the arcade menu, so it's either A or B. Sometimes, when I press a button, the Tamagotchi will beep in a celebratory manner, and I'll get a point, and then the process will start over. Other times, the Tamagotchi will beep in a "game over" manner, and poor Goob will cry over how incompetent his mother is.



I've played the game several times, but I still can't find the rhyme or reason to it. It seems like I should be helping Goob catch stars, but I have no idea how to do that, since I can't control him. And I haven't figured out the pattern of which button to press when, if there even is one.

TL;DR: I've gotten really great with colors, because the Rainbow Game is all I can play.

Moving on!! Today Goob returned to Patchi Forest, bringing the Bush of Love along with, in hopes of seeing Guriguritchi again. However, this mossy little deer blob showed up instead!



I remember him from some of the promo pictures, and he is definitely one of my favorites of the new Tamagotchi characters. Turns out one of his favorite items is the Bush of Love, too, because Goob serenaded him as well. That's what guys do sometimes, you know. Serenade each other. I'm assuming. The adorable overgrown piece of foliage was also added to Goob's friends list.



Afterwards, I decided I wanted to experiment a little with the different items Goob had. I was curious what would happen when I took items from Patchi Forest to Tama Town.

The first to be subjected to my experimentation was Mametchi. He's all into science and stuff, so it was fitting. Apparently, when the Bush of Love isn't a character's favorite item, they just dance around with an army of bushes.



I also tried the Onsen. Mametchi was not amused with Goob's antics.

We then headed over to Flower Hills with the Onsen, where Goob met this lovely bud!



She was much more chill about Goob messing around in the Onsen than Mametchi was, and she was added to the friends list. I was tempted to maybe have Goob marry her, instead, just because she's so freakin elegant. But, my love for the GuriGoob ship won over. Besides, I'm really looking forward to that acorn ninja baby.

August 6th (Part 2)

While we were in Flower Hills, Goob bought some seeds to plant in his front yard. Y'know, just smack-dab in the middle. No big deal. Not like anyone has to walk there or anything.



He was so pleased with the outcome, he went straight to Patchi Forest and shared with Guriguritchi!



And... that's actually pretty much it for the 6th. Guriguritchi currently remains at the orange "Lover" status on Goob's friends list, and while I'm assuming he still has to increase his relationship levels with her some more, maybe the red tab is only for the character you marry? So like, she'll only switch to the red tab once she and Goob are married. I'm not sure. We'll figure it out!

Speaking of marriage and all that nasty stuff, I checked Tama Depa today, and there was a new option on the store menu! Not sure if it was grayed out before, or if it just appeared, but either way, there was some very exciting merchandise for sale...

Hello again~ Just a quick comment to help you out with the Star Catching game. The gold hiragana says 'Catch!'. When you see the catch flash on the screen you need to press the A or B button, depending on which way your Tama is facing ( left - A, right - B ) and it will catch a star. Press the corresponding button once to catch stars and twice to catch UFO's, hope this helps!

I'm starting to wonder if I should just make posting every few days my official schedule. It's the unofficial one, at the very least.

August 7th

I accidentally left my Tamagotchi at home when I went out this afternoon, and came back to this.



My poor bab!! I always feel bad when I see my Tamas unhappy (especially if it's an accident), but the M!X does a really good job at tugging at your heartstrings. Just look at those teary eyes. Makes me wanna drop college, work, and all my friends to take up Tamagotchi care full-time so this doesn't happen again.

Thankfully, all it took was a little medicine to bring Goob back to his old self.



Something worth noting, since I have pictures of it - on the M!X, whenever your Tamagotchi's happiness goes below a certain level (out of the green), they'll start sulking around in the background of the screen.



Also, whenever you press the C button, your Tama will do some sort of action, and what action they do depends on what their happiness level is. So, whenever Goob is sulking, and I press C, he'll come up close and shrug with this "meh" expression. ((On the other hand, when he's happier, he'll perform magic tricks, or even play ninja hide-and-seek!)) I'm not sure if the C-actions are unique for each character, or if they all perform the same things, but they're adorable either way.

And that's pretty much it for the 7th. Since that wasn't much, enjoy this complementary picture of Morijisetchi(?) looking so cuddly and cute. ((Is that how you romanize his name? I dunno, I tried.))

August 8th (Part 1)

Today's update is very exciting!!! Goob turned 6 "years" old, so I decided that the time was right...



The Gozaru village theme looks very beautiful at night, by the way. One of my favorite things is walking with Goob through the streets when all the stars are out.

Anyway, with enough cash on hand, Goob headed over to the Tama Depa and bought the 500-Gotchi point engagement ring. It wasn't as fancy as the 5000-point ring, but he knew Guriguritchi wasn't concerned about things like that. Plus, I wasn't about to play the Rainbow Game another two-dozen times to get that much dough. I couldn't actually figure out how to propose at first, so Goob spent a while just sitting in his living room staring at the ring. Eventually, I discovered that when you visit a location, the last option on the menu is usually grayed out. However, when I visited Patchi Forest, it wasn't! I selected it, and a list of characters (in the format of the friends list) Goob had a good enough relationship with to propose to popped up. Of course, it was only Guriguritchi, but that makes me wonder if it's possible to be "lovers" with more than one character at a time? But Goob would never do that to his lady. D:

I selected Guriguritchi from the list, and Goob went to visit her right away. He got down on one knee (as best he could, anyway), and presented her with the ring. She seemed shocked, but there were also a lot of blushing and hearts, so I can only assume things went well. They said some stuff to each other, too, which I couldn't read, but I'd guess were a proposal (from Goob) and an acceptance (from Guriguritchi).



You know, I never in my life thought I'd ship an acorn and a ninja, but here we are folks. #Blessed
