I know that a fellow friend of mine said that they need to have a friendship that is in the red section of the TamaTomo (Tama Friend) list in the Book icon, but Memetchi (the one that Sans wants to marry) keeps rejecting him even if we spend 500 G per wedding ring, and he got rejected NINE times.

Poor little Sansy. If anyone can help him get out of this situation, I'll be eternally grateful.

* i want to have kids someday, so... this is the perfect place to ask.

 
Buying rings when the friendship level is on red is kind of a waste of money, because if you visit the park even without any item on you the other character will propose to you instead.
