This is kind of odd and I don't know if this is the correct section for this, but here goes: Years ago, back when Connection V2's were the newest version, I had bought a double pack (apparently dubbed "True Friends") from Target, similar to this:
However, the double pack that I had purchased had shell designs that apparently were never sold as a double pack that I can find. They are listed on the back as "Sweet Candy Collection" however, as seen here:
Regardless, they are not listed as a "True Friends" pair even on the packaging, and I have only been able to find them online separately from one another.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on with these two? Did I encounter a manufacturing/packaging error? Target exclusive pair perhaps? I no longer have the Tamagotchis nor the packaging in my possession unfortunately.
