I dunno if I should do a Nuzlocke, because it has such risks...

But maybe I can make my own Nuzlocke and make it not so...saddening?

Yeah, people add variations on and house rules to Nuzlockes all the time. Plus, there are like hundreds of variants on Nuzlockes. If you don't wanna release those that have "died" you could always box 'em and not use them anymore

I did my own Nuzlocke, it's called the Plastic Beachlocke.

Nuzlockes are awesome. I've done a few myself, they really add a challenge to the game. Losing your favorite Pokemon always sucks though.

I know a few people who have done this with wonderttade pokemon and transferred into a game bank/trade. You could always wondertrade pokemon out too. Never know what swaps you would get and you could continue with the new pokemon. I wouldnt locke because I would forget the rules. Lol.

I usually write down the rules or use a formula that's on the nuzlocke wiki so I don't really have to remember

Well yes, I could do that. I mean, if a rule was no pokemon center visits for healing. I am so used to it and try to keep pokemon healthy so... ya. I would end up with Winguls and pokemon that are hard to train, I think anyway. Lol.
