Tamagotchi v4.5 name glitch

I named my tama Copak and when she grew up it became Eopak and now it's Aopak, what's happening ?

Your V4.5 is experiencing the name glitch that can occur on the V4-4.5 models. It is caused by the Tamagotchi being bumped, thrown, or other rough handling. I know firsthand from when my brother threw my V4 onto a couch (not very hard and onto a pillow, mind you) and I found Triva had turned into Vriva. A weirder example was when I was logging two Tamagotchis for a group hatch, and I was trying to marry my V3 to my oldie V4. I noticed their affection levels were radically different and then I realized Roger was now Poger and was recorded as a different friend in my V3's friend list, hence her levels went up with Poger and stayed the same when he was Roger.

As for removing it, based on this topic it might be permanent, or you could try resetting it and see if you get lucky.
