There are two things I suggest you could do. First is to put the batteries back in again and wait 5-10 minutes to see if it turns back on. Sometimes the display takes awhile to "warm up". Additionally, check that the batteries are in the the correct order and that they still have enough energy - as screen displays are known to fade because of low battery power. If you see no improvement after making sure the batteries are correctly placed and working and waiting 5-10 minutes, then a screw might be loose in your Tamagotchi. I'm not sure about the innards of a colour Tamagotchi (I've only taken apart the connection models) but I'm guessing there is a set of screws in the circuit board and a set of screws underneath the back cover. Tighten all those and then put in good batteries and wait to see if it turns on.

ohh ok thank you so much! i understand now haha but this website has so many buttons and links i get confused haha

I don’t have a m!x, but you should ask KidRetro64 cause we’re close friends irl and she knows her stuff about Tamas. Hope this helped!

Would it be possible to post a screenshot/photo of your M!x so we can see what you're running into please? Might help people give more focused advice. :)
