Actually, I've heard you can mate it with an Otokitchi, the old woman, and possibly produce the Oyajitchi... It's what I've heard anyway.
Right now I've got an Otokitchi and I'm going to wait until one of my other tamagotchis turns into the Ojitchi and see if that's possible.
